First Day of School 2026 & Orientation

Dear Parents / Guardians of Sec 1 students

The first day of school is Friday, 2 January 2026. The Sec 1 Orientation Programme will take place from 2 January 2026 to 7 January 2026.
Below are some of the key activities from 2 January 2026 to 7 January 2026:

Ice breakers and class bonding activities
Tour of school compound
Secondary 1 Installation Ceremony
Camp fire (6 January 2026)
Class bonding activity (6 January 2026)
CCA Fair / Experience

Reporting for the first day of school:

First day of school reporting details for Sec 1 students

Date:	Friday, 2 January 2026
Time:	8.30 am to 12.40 pm Students are strongly encouraged to report to school by 8.30 am. School morning assembly will start at 8.30 am.
Venue:	Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH)
Attire:	Half School Uniform (Green cohort T-Shirt and school skirts / shorts) Students who are not able to purchase the school uniform due to various reasons including waiting for outcome of appeal, you may report in your primary school uniform.

Things to bring along:

Writing materials
Water bottle
Personal medication (if needed)
Money for recess breaks

Sec 1 E-Registration
Please log into Parents Gateway on 20 December 2025 to view the announcement and complete the following:

1. Provide contact details
2. Complete brief questionnaire
3. Select 'Yes' to complete the registration

Registration period: 20 December 2025, 8 am to 22 December 2025, 2 pm.
