MOE Financial Assistance 2026

MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (MOE FAS)
Primary 6 pupils can continue to apply for MOE FAS for Secondary 1 by submitting the application to their respective primary schools by 17 Dec 2025. Their primary schools will process the applications and inform them of the outcome.

You may also apply to Juying Secondary School upon receiving your posting results on
19 December 2025. Please obtain a hard copy of the application form from the General Office or download the soft copy here.

Kindly complete the application form and prepare all required supporting documents. Please submit your application by 24 December 2025 so that you will be able to collect your FAS items before the school reopens.

 Collection of FAS Items
Students who are successful in their FAS application (approved by primary school) can visit the school during office hours from 19 December 2025 onwards. Please bring along the FAS approval letter from primary school.

No appointment is needed.

Please proceed to the General Office with your FAS approval letter and Student EZ-Link card from primary school.

The FAS staff-in-charge will issue another FAS approval letter on the Juying Secondary School letterhead to present to the bookshop and uniform vendor.

The staff-in-charge will also issue to you the following items:
Ø  Secondary 1 Booklist
Ø  Uniform Sizing list
Ø  Queue number

Please ensure that you indicate your class and stream on the booklist and tick the required books accurately so that the bookshop can pack them correctly.

Please double-check the books and other items received under FAS before you exit the school.
