Vision

Juying Basketball Club aims to develop our basketballers to be Healthy Bodied and Moral Minded sportsmen who strive for excellence on and off the courts.

Mission

Strengthen the Juying Basketballers’ physical stamina and mental endurance through self-discipline, self-confidence and self-esteem, and develop Juying Basketballers’ character and sportsmanship by fostering camaraderie and social integration.

Overview

At Juying, we believe basketball develops more than sporting ability. It builds character, resilience and the determination to achieve together. The JYSS Basketball Team is a close-knit sporting community where JYians grow through teamwork, discipline and a shared commitment to excellence.

Through rigorous training and participation in the National School Games, players sharpen their tactical skills while learning to persevere through challenges, support their teammates and compete with sportsmanship. Every training session and match provides opportunities to strengthen camaraderie, confidence and pride in representing the school.

More than competition, basketball at Juying is a journey of growth and character. As players strive towards shared goals, they learn to lead by example, inspire one another and put the team before themselves, setting high standards for those who will proudly carry the JYSS Basketball legacy forward.
