Application for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme [FAS]
To qualify, the student must be a Singapore citizen and must meet the following income

Onboarding to Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES)
MOE will be onboarding HOMES for means-testing of financial assistance from the 2026 application cycle. This will streamline the application and means-testing processes, as most parents will no longer be required to submit supporting documents.
Supporting documents are required for applications where at least one household member has other administrative income (OAI) such as rental income, dividends, and taxable investment income etc.

Other information
Parents/guardians with children in different Government-Aided Schools (GGAS) schools only need to submit one online application.
