At Juying, we believe every voice has the power to connect, inspire and make a difference. Through our Applied Learning Programme (ALP) in Adaptive Oracy, SPARK! @ Juying, we develop confident, competent and empathetic connectors.

Across their Juying journey, students build communication skills through elevator pitches, design thinking, public engagement and interview preparation. They put these skills into action as ambassadors at Gardens by the Bay and mentors to primary school student leaders.

In 2026, the inaugural West Zone SPARK! Tank Innovation Pitch Challenge extends this learning across schools, challenging students to develop solutions to real-world issues. Supported by our AI-enabled Pitch Bot, students refine their ideas and communication independently. SPARK! Tank empowers JYians not simply to find their voice, but to use it with confidence, empathy and purpose.
